French Cha Kaiseki from Kyoto, ancient capital of Japan

Kyoto is an ancient capital of Japan, where the noble court people had created the Japanese dynasty culture, and later Sado, Chado, or Way of Tea was developed. "Cha Kaiseki" or the meal of Sado was born when the Japanese Tea culture became part of this elegant Japanese dynasty culture. Fukujuen developed French Cha Kaiseki using Ujicha(authentic Japanese Tea) for French cuisine. Please enjoy the Fukujuen’s French Cha Kaiseki produced by Chef Nakano, the former Grand Master Chef of Maxim’s de Paris Ginza. And for your teatime, please enjoy the traditional Fukujuen’s Ujicha.
